EASTER AT CAROLINE’S CAKES
With Easter fast approaching, here is a selection of mouth-watering goodies that we’ll be baking to ease you into the holiday celebrations. Whether you’re looking for a table centrepiece, something seasonal for your café, or a corporate gift, we’re here to help.
**As all of our bakes are freshly made to order, please let us know by Friday 12th April to allow us time to fulfil customer requests**
Simnel Cake
An 8 inch (20cm) or 6 inch (15cm) lightly spiced fruit cake, made to a traditional family recipe with a golden marzipan filling and decorated with a generous layer of marzipan and marzipan balls to represent the apostles.
£20 for a 6 inch cake. Other sizes are available on request.
Chocolate Easter Cake
Celebrate the end of Lent with some indulgent chocolate fudge cake. Filled and covered with a rich chocolate ganache and decorated with chocolate curls, mini eggs and truffles.
£20 for an 8 inch cake. Other sizes are available on request.
Simnel Buns
All the delicious taste of a whole cake but offered as individually wrapped yumminess so you don’t have to share!

Easter Cupcakes
A pretty centrepiece for your table, these Easter-themed cupcakes can be made in a choice of vanilla, chocolate, red velvet or lemon flavours. If you’ve got a particular design in mind, let us know and we can make you something bespoke.

Easter Cookies
Traditional all butter shortbread, delicately flavoured with almonds and mixed spice and decorated with a soft fondant icing. Take your pick from Easter eggs, chicks or bunnies.
