For celebration cakes
We’re often asked how many people our celebration cakes can serve.
Appetites vary, and no slice of cake is ever cut the same. However, it’s always useful to have an idea, so we’ve created a portion guide below.
The number of portions will depend on how the cake is cut: you may get more, or fewer, pieces than our guide suggests.
The diagram below shows how we recommend you cut the cake to get the maximum number of portions. The portion sizes are based on finger portions of 1 inch x 1 inch x 3 inch, and dessert portions of 2 inch x 1 inch x 3 inch.
